President Muhamamdu Buhari has designated Mr. Edward Adamu, for arrangement as the representative legislative leader of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
Adamu from Gombe State, replaces Mr. Sulaiman Barau, from Zaria, Kaduna State, who resigned in December, 2017.
An announcement on Thursday by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, said a letter had since been sent to the Senate looking for Adamu's affirmation.
