According to new
reports, Boko Haram men wrote a letter to the residents of Chibok
community saying that they should expect them again..soon! A senior
official of Chibok LGA who spoke anonymously with Punch said the people in the community are now in great fear
after they received the threat.
"Everyone in the
LGA believes that the sect cannot be pocketed
by security men. The letter has further worsened their fear. Whenever Boko Haram tells you that they are coming, they will never fail to do so. Our fear now is that, we don’t know when and how they are going to come but our people are in great fear. We are calling for prayers as well as on government to provide adequate security in Chibok" he said

The LG official said they have notified the
security agents in the area about the letter but still live in great fear as
they are not certain to get any adequate help from the security officials.
