Arsenal are ready to pay £36.6million to sign Real Madrid sensation Isco during the January transfer window, UK’s Metro reports via Fichajes.net.
The Gunners have been long-term admirers of Isco, having followed him since his Malaga days, and were recently said to be eyeing up a new year move.
Those rumours have since escalated, and now reports say Arsenal are poised to offer £36.6million to bring the 22-year-old to the Emirates Stadium. Any deal would be difficult, with Isco now in favour at Madrid, but Arsene Wenger is still expected to make him a contract offer to try and tempt the play-maker to switch clubs.
