The War between Wizkid and Linda Ikeji is taking another shop after the threat issued by Wizkid Via Twitter.
"Wizkid" Could very well be in legal trouble, After threatening to send his little cousin to beat up Linda.
According to the report filed by "Linda Ikeji" an official complaint with the lagos State commissioner of police "Fatai Owoseni" and "Wizkid" has been summoned to appear for questioning.
Looks like wizkid could spend 7 years in prison if nothing is resolved between "Wizkid" and "Linda ikeji".
A lawyer told Thenetng: ‘under the Nigerian Constitution, if a citizen is threatened by a fellow citizen, It is expected you report to the nearest Police Station who will subsequently conduct an investigation determine the next line of action’.
Section 323 of the criminal code states that ‘Any person who, knowing the contents thereof directly or indirectly causes any person to receive any writing threatening to kill any person is guilty of a felony, and is liable to imprisonment for 7 years.
