Falconets promise to assault South Africa in Polokwane Nigeria's U20 young ladies, Falconets, will on Saturday go up against their South African partners in the primary leg of the last round of African qualifying race during the current year's FIFA U20 Women's World Cup finals.
The ninth FIFA U20 Women's World Cup finals will hold in five urban communities in France seventh – 26th August 2018.
To achieve this stage, the Falconets overpowered their partners from Tanzania 9-0 on total, before asking Morocco's noteworthy U20 young ladies to leave for good 6-2 after two legs.
The South African young ladies shot past Namibia and Burundi, and the reward for them is a two – leg fight with rivals Nigeria, with the opening leg at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Saturday, beginning from 3pm South African time (2pm Nigeria time).
Mentor Chris Danjuma said that his charges, who leave Nigeria today around evening time on board a South African Airways flight from Lagos, are set up to take the diversion toward the South Africans in Polokwane.
“We have been working very hard at training for some weeks now, and we are very focused on earning the World Cup ticket. Of course, we understand that the South Africans would be tougher opposition than our previous opponents.
“We are ready for them. Our eyes are on the ticket to France.”
